SALON ETIQUETTE

If you need to cancel – please give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer that time to another. Anyone who just does not show up may be refused another appointment. All appointments can be reminded 2–3 days beforehand if requested – by email or text.

RETURNS POLICY

Hairdressing Services

We understand that sometimes your hair needs time to adjust after a haircut or colour, so to ensure your full satisfaction we will guarantee any hair services for 7 days. If you contact us after this time there may be an additional charge for any alterations to your hair.

Electrical Purchases

We may refund any goods in saleable condition and will replace faulty items within 30 days of purchase – Please bring with you your proof of purchase.

We always recommend you register your purchases with the manufacturer to get your warranty.

If your purchase breaks after 30 days we advise you follow the warranty details. We are not liable for items after this time, but are happy to help you with the problem.

We offer a loan service for GHD stylers while yours are being replaced or repaired. Deposit £30.

Product Purchases

We cannot give refunds on used purchases. If you return an item within 30 days unopened then we will refund the amount – you must have receipt or a credit will be offered instead.

Any product recommended by your stylist you do not enjoy using – we would like you to book a consultation with your stylist so they can explain why they recommended it and show you again how to use it. If you are still not satisfied with the recommendation we will swap this for another item.
